The setting was good, close enough to fantasy island and free parking as well as local amenities such as Fantasy Island and the beach. The staff was amicable and made me feel at home.

The room was good little, I had fabulous experience.
The location was marvellous, close to everything you need for a weekend away, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Also, it was 15 minutes drive to Preston Docks.

Family room included central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location was unbeatable - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. You could walk to a market and shops.

Truly enjoyed our stay here.
The room we were offered to move into was neat and amazing and included central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Friendly staff suggested restaurants.

The staff were amicable whole time of my stay. I booked a room with a lovely bed, central heating, coffee/tea making machines, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The bathroom was clean. The location was marvellous, so close to everything, in the perfect area. I had a really lovely stay.

Spent 1 night here with my family, had a fairly nice stay overall. I had fairly quiet double room with bunk beds, a lovely view, as example. The staff I met was affable and helpful.

Amiable and helpful staff, had fab stay!!!
I was given double room with central heating, coffee/tea making machines, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I loved a clean bathroom.

All in all, spent my time lovely here. My family room was tidy & perfect little. I slept so comfy in the nice bed. The staff were helpful and made me feel welcome. The location was particularly good and fantastic, next to local amenities, and ingoldmells and easily accessible. The hotel met requests.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
